Knuckle Choke

Use this choke from the mount, or when you have your enemy pinned against a wall so he can't retreat.  Watch the vein on her forehead jump out with the choke applied.  You'll also notice the cough, which means the hand placement caught her windpipe a bit - even though this is a blood choke.
